   Proposal Description:
   Early onset dementia (EOD) poses significant challenge in terms of diagnostic     accuracy during the early stage of the disease. Misdiagnosis is common, as EOD    often presents with behavioral changes, mood disorders, or psychosis rather       than cognitive symptoms. This can inadvertently affects the care for patients     in terms of intervention, improving quality of life and inform decisions for      patients and caregivers. To date, literatures surrounding neurodegenerative       forms of EOD are mostly Alzheimer???s disease (AD) or frontotemporal lobar        degeneration (FTLD), and little is known about the clinical characteristics of    dementia of Lewy Body (DLB).                                                      In this proposal, we aim to characterize the clinical characteristics of DLB by   comparing to late onset DLB and early onset Alzheimer???s disease (AD),           including clinical profile, neurological examination, neuropsychiatric            symptoms, neuropsychological results, and neuroimaging findings.                  Preliminary analysis plan:                                                        Univariate and multivariate regression analysis of below will be performed by     comparing data of early vs late onset DLB, and early onset DLB vs AD.
